Charity Partner
The Conveyancing Foundation is a not for profit registered charity with a mission to improve the lives of individuals in the conveyancing industry and to assist in charitable fundraising endeavours.
Since its inception in 2010, the Conveyancing Foundation has raised an amazing £1 million for charity, with no plans to slow down.
Looking ahead to 2024, the Foundation has ambitious plans. They will continue their ground-breaking work through the “Be Kind We Care” initiative and extend support to both existing and new partner charities through their innovative Charity Grant Scheme.
In pursuit of a better understanding of the impact of working in the property industry on professionals and their overall wellbeing, the Foundation has initiated a comprehensive series of industry-wide surveys. Following each survey, they will release a detailed report and host webinars featuring industry experts to analyse the survey findings and offer guidance on mitigating negative impacts and establishing industry best practices.
The first survey, which focused on wellbeing at work, released its full results in September 2023. The survey was a tremendous success, gathering valuable data from 524 respondents. It has allowed the Foundation to begin developing a blueprint for promoting well-being within the property industry.
The second survey, centred on work capacities, is scheduled for release in January 2024, further contributing to the advancement of wellbeing within the industry.
Building on the achievements of the Conveyancing Foundation Charity Grant scheme, launched in 2023, the Foundation provided grants of £2,000 to three deserving causes, Women in Residential Property fundraising for ‘Ella’s’, Aconveyancing raised funds for ‘Samuels Promise’ and Convey Charity Crusader, Jessie Bishop, ran the London Marathon in support of ‘Mind’.
The grant scheme is open to anyone within the conveyancing industry that is organising a fundraising event and represents a pioneering initiative in the property sector. It offers individuals in the industry the opportunity to receive grant support and funding of £2,000 or more for their chosen charitable causes.

I’m absolutely delighted that the Conveyancing Foundation has been named the official charity partner of the 2024 British Conveyancing Awards for the second consecutive year. It’s a testament to our commitment to the industry and our philanthropic mission.
Having raised £1 million for vital causes, wouldn’t have been possible without the steadfast support of partners like Today’s Media. We deeply appreciate their pivotal role in this remarkable milestone.
