The Be Kind We Care initiative has been launched by the Conveyancing Foundation to promote kindness and wellbeing within the property industry. With the effects of the coronavirus pandemic and the pressure cooker environment that many in the property industry find themselves in, mental wellbeing and support has become a key issue for many professionals.

Be Kind We Care have partnered with charities LawCare, Agents Together and the Mindstep Foundation to provide resources for business and individuals. The Resource Hub hosts articles, podcasts and videos aimed at promoting good mental health and wellbeing within the workplace. This year, the initiative has hosted informative webinars on stress management and sharing mental health best practice in the property industry.

Be Kind We Care also aims to fundraise for the wonderful charities providing mental health support, with an ultimate goal of £30,000 in its first year. Thanks to the support of their sponsors, the initiative has raised £20,000 since the launch in April 2021 for this important cause and hope to reach the target by April 2022.
